2009-2010 Registration Requirements

Welcome to the 2009-2010 school year! All registration documents can be downloaded from our website, Rancho Verde registration forms will not be mailed home.  Please print, sign and bring all the forms to your registration day and time listed below.  If you are not able to  print the forms they will be available in the RVHS office and in the gym during registration.

Students must clear all debt before they register for the 2009-10 school year.  Payments to RVHS can be made by debit, credit, cash and/or money order.  Please note that we do not accept checks or bills over $20.00.

Pictures for ID cards and yearbook photos will be taken on your registration day.  Please follow dress code guidelines and  dress appropriately for your pictures.

REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION YOU MUST BRING TO REGISTRATION

1.   Copy of Parent/Guardian ID

2.   Completed Registration Packet (with all signatures)

3.   Proof of Residency: Names must match the parent/guardian information on the registration forms.  You must bring a current copy of one of the following: utility bill, escrow papers, rental agreement, inter-district or intra district transfer approval.  If you are living with someone else, the owner of the house must sign the verification of residency form and provide a copy of a current utility bill in their name.

4.   Students new to RVHS will need to bring additional documents to register.  Please print out the New Student to RVHS Procedures Form.  You will begin your registration in the front office.

Students will not be able to attend class until all appropriate forms are completed, signed and returned to RVHS.
