With a focus on the California content standards and the example of self and mutual respect, the students of Tomas Rivera Middle School will become prepared for future levels of education as well as life after graduation.  Rigorous lessons and continuous measurement will ensure that our students are able to compete in society.  Students who struggle to achieve will receive additional time and support.  Through hard work and a positive atmosphere, students will gain a healthy respect for staff, parents, fellow students, and themselves; as well as an appreciation for the teaching and learning process.
