Dear parents, guardians, and students,

Welcome to the 2008 - 2009 school year. As adults, some of our fondest memories in life came about in High School. Now, as a student of Rancho Verde High School, it is your turn to create great memories. Live life to the fullest and do not waste a moment of time. Get involved, and give school your greatest attention. I am extremely proud to be a Mustang! I embrace the school's motto of "Challenge and Motivate." Students, my challenge to you again is to get involved in your school. Play a sport. Join a club. Sign up for band or choir. Participate in AFJROTC or ASB. The bottom line is, "the more you put into Rancho, the more you'll get from it." Our vision at Rancho Verde High School is to "create and teach a dynamic curriculum that fosters the success of every student" and that is what we will accomplish as a community of educators. To this end we have many exciting programs and services to offer students. I encourage everyone to attend our "Back to School Night" in the fall, and our "Open House" in the spring, to find out more about the best high school in the Valley. In closing, it is truly my privilege to work with our students, parents, staff, and community to provide a quality educational environment and a safe, secure school where all students can learn.
